GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by Freedom Wellness Limited and Freedom Recovery Limited ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Employees, contractors, immediate family members and associated agencies of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
- The giveaway opens on 5 June 2026.
- Entries close at 11:59pm NZT on 21 June 2026.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
4. How to Enter
- Follow @FreedomWellness and/or @FreedomRecovery as specified in the giveaway post.
- Comment on the giveaway post with the bundle you wish to win and tag another person.
- One comment equals one entry.
- Entrants may submit multiple comments for additional entries.
- To enter both prize bundles, entrants must submit a separate comment for each bundle and follow both participating accounts.
- Story shares qualify for bonus entries only where the entrant's profile is public or the Promoter can verify the share.

7. Prize Conditions
- Total prize pool value is approximately NZD $7,000.
- Prize values are based on recommended retail pricing.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- Product selections are subject to stock availability.
- If a selected item, colour or model is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value.
8. Winner Selection
- One winner will be selected for each bundle.
- Winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
- The draw will take place after the giveaway closes.
- The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winner Notification
- Winners will be announced via Freedom's social media channels on 22 June 2026.
- Winners will be contacted only via direct message from the official Freedom social media accounts.
- The Promoter will never request payment details or financial information in order to claim a prize.
10. Prize Claim
- Winners must respond within 7 days of being contacted.
- If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim their prize within the required timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
11. Delivery
- Prize delivery is available within New Zealand only.
- Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and product availability.
- The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by freight providers or circumstances outside its control.
12. Verification
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
- Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected for the purpose of administering the giveaway will only be used for that purpose unless otherwise agreed by the entrant.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting a prize.
15. Social Media Disclaimer
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
- By entering, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility associated with this promotion.
16. Right to Amend
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise that make it necessary to do so.
