Policy details:
- If you purchase equipment and a sale or promotion is announced within 48 hours of your purchase, you can contact us to request a sale price adjustment.
- The difference between the price you paid, and the sale price will be refunded to the original form of payment or as a store credit, depending on your preference.
- To qualify for the sale price adjustment, the product must be in stock at the time of your adjustment request. Out-of-stock items are not eligible for this adjustment.
- The sale must be for the exact same model, colour way, and specification; and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- To request a sale price adjustment, please contact our customer service team with your order details within 48 hours of your purchase.
Exclusions:
- The sale price adjustment only applies to purchases made at full price. Discounted or clearance items are excluded from this offer.
- The sale price adjustment does not apply if the item is returned or exchanged before the adjustment is processed.
