At Freedom Wellness Co., every product in our range is chosen for its quality and built to last. Our warranties reflect that commitment.

All warranty information below pertains to domestic use. Commercial customers—including studio owners, physiotherapy clinics, and other professional users—should contact us directly to discuss applicable warranty terms before purchase.


Pilates reformers

Our reformer warranties vary slightly, reflecting the intended use and therefore construction of each machine.

The Soho is covered by:

  • A one-year warranty on upholstery faults (excluding accidental damage).
  • A two-year warranty on the frame and all components.

Our other three reformers (the Dream, the Milan, and the Atelier) are all covered by:

  • A one-year warranty on upholstery faults (excluding accidental damage).
  • A two-year warranty on all components.
  • A 10-year structural warranty on the frame.

Saunas

Both the Lyra and Velora infrared saunas are covered by:

  • A five-year structural warranty.
  • A two-year warranty on components.

Recovery equipment

All Freedom Wellness Co. recovery products are covered by a one-year warranty for domestic use.

Pilates accessories

All Freedom Wellness Co. Pilates accessories are covered by a one-year warranty for domestic use.

General conditions

The following conditions apply across all Freedom Wellness Co. products:

All warranties cover manufacturing defects and faults under normal domestic use conditions. They do not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our team at hello@freedomwellness.co with proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We will respond within 7 business days and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
