*Sale Price Adjustment Policy

At Freedom Pilates we strive to ensure our customers get the best value for their purchases. If you purchase equipment from us and a sale or promotion applies within 48 hours of your purchase, we are happy to offer a Sale Price Adjustment.

Policy Details:

  • If you purchase equipment and a sale or promotion is announced within 48 hours of your purchase, you can contact us to request a Sale Price Adjustment.
  • The difference between the price you paid, and the sale price will be refunded to the original form of payment or as a store credit, depending on your preference.
  • To qualify for the Sale Price Adjustment, the Reformer must be in stock at the time of your adjustment request. Out-of-stock items are not eligible for this adjustment.
  • The sale must be for the exact same model, colour way and specification and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
  • To request a Sale Price Adjustment, please contact our customer service team with your order details within 48 hours of your purchase.

Exclusions:

  • The Sale Price Adjustment only applies to purchases made at full price. Discounted or clearance items are excluded from this offer.
  • The Sale Price Adjustment does not apply if the item is returned or exchanged before the adjustment is processed.
